The SOLAR 630 kit is ready to use right after unpacking and screwing in the bulb, fully wired.

In SOLAR 630 you have the option to run the lamps separately.

It is worth to add hangers to the set in order to freely adjust the height of the lamp. ( hangers, click and choose ).

How the LUMii SOLAR 630 kit works:

CDM ( ceramic metal halide ) lamps are made of ceramic arc tube instead of typical composites such as quartz. This allows the lamp to operate at higher temperatures.

When the power supply starts working, it ignites the gases in the bulb. The light emitted has a full spectrum that allows us to grow healthy crops, and our plants will be full of vigor. The reflector directs the light beam down to your plants and distributes it evenly, thanks to a highly polished aluminum reflector.

Using the SOLAR 630:

Hang the unit in the center of your grow at the appropriate height, using Easy Rolls, ratchet hangers or chain, for example. Always screw the bulb into the lamp holder in your reflector as tightly as possible, gripping the lamp with a clean dry cloth. If the lamp is not screwed in as tightly as possible, sparking may occur between the central contact of the lamp and the lamp holder. This will cause the solder contact on the bottom of the lamp to melt, causing damage and making the lamp unusable. Make sure the lamp is clean and completely free of fingerprints and other debris.

Plug the power cord into the socket on the power supply, making sure that the cord is pressed tightly and does not come into contact with any heating elements, e.g. bulb, reflector, power supply. The wattage of your power supply MUST match the wattage of the bulb you are using otherwise there is a high risk of fire or equipment damage. Plug the power plug into an electrical outlet and turn it on. The power supply will start up and light the lamp.

Important!

The first start-up of the 315W CMH lamp should be done as follows: when starting up for the first time, the lamp must run continuously for at least 15 minutes. This will allow proper melting of metals in the lamp. INCORRECT USE MAY CAUSE FAILURE OF THE LAMP! If the above is not followed, warranty claims on the lamp will be invalid.

Warning!

When CDM lamps are turned on, they heat up to very high temperatures. As with all HID lamps, avoid touching the lamp with fingers or plants, as this can cause serious burns or fire. In particular, avoid splashing liquids on the lamp, as this can cause premature failure or even explosion of the bulb.
