Lumatek Aurora luminaire

This is a state-of-the-art luminaire based on 315W metal halide ceramic(CMH / CDM / LEC). It is an integrated all-in-one fixture, combining an electronically controlled Lumatek power supply, a compact hammertone reflector and a CMH 315W lamp.

The electronic ballast can be controlled remotely with a Lumatek digital control panel (sold separately) and can be dimmed. Combined with the Aurora controller, it can be timed ( on / off), can simulate sunrise / sunset with a preset transition time to full brightness and automatic dimming if room temperature parameters are exceeded.

Aurora's reliable 315W CMH digital power supply has been successfully used in industrial crops around the world and uses square wave technology to enhance the performance and operation of 315W CMH lamps (also known as CMH / CDM / LEC).

For safety reasons, the ballast uses full circuit protection, including interruption / short circuit, over temperature, under / over voltage, end of lamp life and electromagnetic interference suppression. The ballast has an LED indicator and can be dimmed for optimal control.

Aurora's "315W CMH" pulse lamp is designed for use with Lumatek's 315W CMH electronic power supply and is manufactured using high quality ceramic arc tube technology and a specific horticultural gas mixture that provides optimal spectral efficiency for healthy plant growth.
CMH technology produces high levels of high energy PAR / PPF with low full-range heat emission, which is closer to sunlight and provides healthier plant growth and higher productivity. With a CRI (Color Rendering Index)> 90%, CMH is ideal for growing high quality produce and extracting essential oils.

The Aurora comes with a Lumatek 315-930 (3100K Agro) metallic halide ceramic lamp, which is also available in 4200K daylight spectrum format (Lumatek 315-942).
The PCA ceramic arc tube allows the lamp to operate at higher internal temperatures, increasing color rendering index and efficiency. PCA is resistant to interaction with chemicals inside the tube, which stabilizes the chemical mixture over the life of the lamp, thus improving color consistency and PAR / PPF level maintenance. Pulse-start technology enables faster start-up and restart time, longer lamp life and increased lumen output.
