Measurement:

Before measuring, remove the protective cap, if crystals appear under it, this is not a cause for concern it is normal with pH meter electrodes. The problem will disappear after rinsing the electrode with cleaning fluid/water. Turn on the pH meter with the button on top of the device and immerse the electrode to the maximum level allowed. Gently agitate the meter in the solution and wait for the reading to stabilize.
Rinse the electrode with water after use to avoid contamination. Store the meter with a few drops of electrode storage fluid in the protective cap.
DO NOT USE WATER FOR ELECTRODE STORAGE
Large differences in readings can be caused by the need for calibration, a dry electrode or weak batteries.
