Soil and Compost Tea !!!

Rich soil life is important for organic plant growth. Bacteria, fungi and other microorganisms break down organic matter and convert it into plant nutrients. The greater and more diverse the range of bacteria and fungi in the soil, or potting soil, the better and healthier the plants will grow. This has a direct impact on plant health, productivity and quality.

Rich soil life provides more than just food for plants. Life-rich soil also produces antibiotics and vitamins. Compost tea is a mixture of chlorine-free water at room temperature, compost and various other ingredients rich in micro-organisms that are also found in the soil.

Compost decoction greatly enriches soil life, and is therefore an important tool for organic growers. The compost extract aerates for 24 to 36 hours. You can add additional ingredients during the aeration phase. Aeration increases the microorganisms in the liquid.

Biotabs PK Booster Compost Tea

Biotabs provides growers with a DIY kit, a package for making compost stock, especially for fast-growing annual plants. Brewing System

Systems for preparing compost tea are sold in specialized stores. You, too, can easily prepare such a kit from a bucket, a hose, an aeration stone and an aquarium pump. For the preparation of larger quantities, use a capacious barrel,a (garden) hose perforated and an efficient pump .The purpose of this assembly is to actively pump air into the mixture. Make sure that the pump you use is strong enough to get the tea truly bubbling. This can be easily checked , if the pump is strong enough. If the tea starts to smell then the pump is not strong enough. Well aerated compost tea smells fresh and pleasant

WAY TO PREPARE COMPOST TEA :

Add 15 grams (tablespoon) of Compost Tea per 1L of water , for better effect add 5ml of ORGATREX per 1L of water.

Aerate the mixture for 24 to 36 hours (you can use any kind of aeration pumps such as: aquarium aerators). The decoction only has a shelf life of a few hours (up to four hours). Use the tea within four hours after stopping aeration. Use only good quality water without chlorine, as chlorine kills microorganisms. If you only have chlorine water available, you will need to pre-aerate the water itself for several hours.

Active aeration of the water evaporates the chlorine . After about two hours of aeration, add compost ingredients to the dechlorinated water. Your tea will be even more effective if you add 1 teaspoon (per 5 liters of tea) of MYCOTREX (mycorrhiza fungus) half an hour before you stop brewing. Mycotrex can be purchased separately.

USE:

The compost tea can be used for both indoor and outdoor crops. Pour the finished decoction into the soil. When watering, stir the decoction. Add the remaining particles to the soil. You can't overdose on fertilizer from compost tea. The more often you use it, the better the results will be. We encourage you to use our PK Booster compost tea at least three times per cycle. Use only in the 3rd, 4th and 5th weeks of flowering. You can also make a leaf spray with this solution. The compost tea will form a protective layer on the leaves. Hostile fungi will not have a chance to cause damage to it. If you spray on the leaves, pay attention to the following: Filter the tea before you pour it into the sprayer so as not to clog the device. In addition, tea contains many living microorganisms that will not survive spraying on plants under high pressure. Therefore, use only a hand pump. Spray the top and bottom of the leaves and preferably just before you turn off the lights or when the sun goes down.
