Bio Terra Plus contains the highest quality peats, including an excellent "white" (acid) peat. The loose structure of the acid peat is complemented by jagged tree bark with natural antifungal properties. The Bio Terra Plus product is pre-fertilized with certified organic ingredients such as bone meal, bat guano and various trace elements from natural sources.
High-quality resources
Quality peat
We use peat of the highest quality found in only a few places in the world. The elongated fiber structure of the peat contained in Bio Terra Plus is much lighter than its cheaper varieties, which is a considerable advantage from the plant's point of view.
Bark
The bark we use is unique. Low-quality bark is often a source of harmful mold. However, the one included in Bio Terra Plus has antibacterial properties!
High-quality coconut fiber
Bio Terra Plus also includes coconut fiber, and it is of the best sort, namely CANNA COCO.
Certified balanced bio-fertilization, enriched with beneficial soil bacteria for the plant, creates a symbiosis with the following benefits:
- fewer soil diseases,
- more efficient release and absorption of nutrients;
- better plant development.
Self-regulation and slow release effect
Bio Terra Plus is a pre-fertilized substrate. The amount of this pre-fertilizer that the soil uses depends on the rate at which nutrients are given. And this rate Bio Terra Plus regulates itself: if you give less nutrients, more pre-fertilizer will be used; while giving more of the former will reduce the need for pre-fertilizer. The latter remains present in the substrate even if it is not immediately needed, so that the soil has it available in case the need for it arises. Self-regulation depends not on the water added, but on the prevailing temperatures.
Slow release consists in the fact that the usable fertilizer is gradually released for the needs of the plant from the organic complexes and molecules contained in the soil as part of a kind of decomposition. This process slows down when targeting nutrients directly, when absorption occurs from the culture medium - and vice versa.
Reliability
Thanks to the self-regulation and slow-release effect, it is quite difficult to make a serious mistake in plant nutrition!
This is because the soil itself can adjust the schedule of nutrients if necessary.
