How Root Wizard works

Root Wizard uses six different strains of beneficial bacteria to increase root mass, which in turn allows plants to use other nutrients more efficiently and effectively. By enhancing the root zone, you will ensure that every last drop of fertilizer you give your plants is fully utilized, so in many ways you can think of the beneficial bacteria contained in Root Wizard as nutrient optimizers.

These strains are classified as organic PGPR or plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria, and they play a number of different beneficial roles. These microorganisms help break down dead materials and convert them into usable forms that settle directly onto root tips, while stimulating plants to develop longer roots with denser root hairs. They also repel pathogenic bacteria and fungi, helping to protect plants from potentially deadly root diseases such as pythium. Anyone who has experienced such root diseases will tell you that this is something to be avoided at all costs, so it's worth boxing smartly and taking precautions. How to use Root Wizard

Add Root Wizard to your nutrient solution tank at a rate of 4 ml per liter of nutrient solution. Unlike the other products in the series, it doesn't need to be used for an extended period of time, but it won't harm you if you choose to do so, and it can help strengthen micro-granism populations. Instead, Root Wizard is generally recommended for use at the "early vegetation" stage and the "early flowering" stage. In other words, add it to other nutrients when planting seedlings or cuttings, and during the second week of flowering. As with all nutrients, boosters and supplements, never mix them together in concentrated form (i.e., straight from the bottle). Always add each nutrient, booster or additive to the tank or feed water one at a time, mixing the solution well to blend it before adding the next.
